From the 15th of August, Unifeeder launches a direct vessel connecting Antwerp and Dunkerque with Teesport and Grangemouth, the company said in its press release. This new service offers a great alternative to the busy port of Rotterdam, as well as a shorter trucking distance for cargo coming from southern Netherlands and beyond. The new connection is an addition to our other services linking Rotterdam with the ports of Felixstowe, Immingham, Teesport, South Shields and Grangemouth.
Unifeeder Shortsea provides European customers with fully intermodal door to door solutions. With more than 40 years in the business and as part of Europe’s strongest feeder operator, Unifeeder offers the extensive network, regularity and lead-times necessary to make shortsea a highly competitive alternative to conventional road transport.
