Sergey Tyrtsev appointed as First Deputy Minister for the Development of the Russian Far East

Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has appointed Sergey Tyrtsev as Deputy Minister for the Development of the Russian Far East. The Decree has been published at the website RF Government.

Sergey Tyrtsev was born on 02 November 1975 in Khabarovsk.

In 1997, graduated from Khabarovsk State Academy of Economics and Law with specialization in Banking and Finance and qualification of Economist. In 2013, completed Executive MBA programme at Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO.

Between 1997 and 1998, Economist, Securities Department, CONECAGROPROM bank.

Between 1998 and 2000, Economist, Auditor, Head of Department at Khabarovsk branch of SbS-AGRO bank.

Between 2000 and 2005, Director of the Northern Division of CONECAGROPROM bank.

Between February and May 2005, Director of the Far East branch of ROSBANK.

Between May and June 2005, Advisor to the Chairman of the Board, EXPOBANK.

Between June 2005 and June 2013, Chairman of the Board, First Deputy Chairman of the Board, Amursky Incorporated Commercial Industrial and Construction Bank (Asia-Pacific Bank).

From November 2010, member of the Supervisory Board, OOO EXPO-Leasing.

Between July 2013 and November 2014, Chairman of the Board, OAO Asia-Pacific Bank.

On 5 October 2015, appointed as Prime Minister of the Amursky Region.
