Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has appointed Sergey Tyrtsev as Deputy Minister for the Development of the Russian Far East. The Decree has been published at the website RF Government.
Sergey Tyrtsev was born on 02 November 1975 in Khabarovsk.
In 1997, graduated from Khabarovsk State Academy of Economics and Law with specialization in Banking and Finance and qualification of Economist. In 2013, completed Executive MBA programme at Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO.
