Bunker prices continue declining at the port of Novorossiysk, Russia having not responded to the increase of prices in the neighboring ports yet.
Indications at the nearest ports, Istanbul and Piraeus, have dropped: heavy fuel oil - by $4, MGO - by $13.
According to the IAA PortNews Bunker Prices Review, average price for IFO-380 НS was $363 per tonne (-$7), average price for MGO was $662 per tonne (-$3).
MGO price is between $655 and $675 pmt, fuel oil price - between $355 and $370 pmt.
The difference between maximum/minimum price depends on the amount of sold fuel and its availability.
