In January-July 2018, Russian seaports handled 463.70 million tonnes of cargo (+3.1%, year-on-year) including 223.03 million tonnes of dry bulk cargo (+8.4%) and 240.67 million tonnes of liquid bulk cargo (-1.3%), says press center of Federal Marine and River Transport Agency (Rosmorrechflot).
Seaports of the Arctic basin handled 45.63 million tonnes (+ 6.7%) including 16.77 million tonnes of dry cargo (+1.5%) and 28.86 million tonnes of liquid bulk cargo (+10.0 %).
Seaports of the Baltic Basin handled 142.08 million tonnes (-1.3%) including 62.93 million tonnes of dry cargo (+7.4%) and 79.15 million tonnes of liquid bulk cargo (-7.2%).
Seaports of the Azov-Black Sea Basin handled 157.14 million tonnes (+6.2%) including 68.75 million tonnes of dry cargo (+14.0%) and 88.39 million tonnes of liquid bulk cargo (-+0.8%).
Seaports of the Caspian Basin handled 2.83 million tonnes (+38.5%) including 1.59 million tonnes of dry cargo (+7.8%) and 1.24 million tonnes of liquid bulk cargo (up 2.2 times).
Seaports of the Far East Basin handled 116.01 million tonnes (+2.6%) including 72.99 million tonnes of dry cargo (+ 5.9%) and 43.02 million tonnes of liquid bulk cargo (-2.6%).
