Taganrog Sea Commercial Port's H1 2018 employee benefits and rewards programme totals RUB 2.2 million
Taganrog Sea Commercial Port (TagSCP, part of UCL Holding) in January-June 2018 spent 2.2 million rubles on employees benefits, rewards packages, the stevedoring company said Thursday in its press release.
The money was spent primarily on welfare payments to TagSCP personnel and financial assistance to employees in urgent needs, support of single mothers, labour and WWII veterans who worked at the port.
As before the port operator sponsored wellness activities, summer holidays for employees kids. The company purchased vouchers for children's health facilities on the Black Sea coast and to the sanatorium and health resort camp on the Azov Sea. In addition, the port compensated employees expenses on preschool facilities.
In the run-up to Marine & Inland Transport Worker’s Day, TagSCP rewarded veterans and honored workers of port labour. Cash bonuses were also awarded to all the workers in the company in honor of the professional holiday, to jubilees.
