Fuel oil prices surge in the Far East ports of Russia (graph)

According to Bunker Price Bulletin of IAA PortNews, the average indicative price at the port of Vladivostok for IFO-380 НS - $407 pmt (+$17), IFO-180 НS – 418 pmt (+$13), MGO - $665 pmt (-$5).

Fuel oil prices are ranging between $405 and $420 pmt depending on product viscosity and availability.

Bunker suppliers attribute the growth to insufficient fuel stocks while ruble prices are going up. 

MGO (DMB) indications are ranging between $645 pmt and $660 pmt. MGO price at the port of Singapore is $660 pmt.
