A decree of RF Government to kick off the construction of a facility for transshipment of NOVATEK’s liquefied natural gas in the Ura Bay (Murmansk Region) is expected before 1 October 2018, IAA PortNews correspondent cites Marina Kovtun, Murmansk Region Governor, as saying at the XI Regional Public Forum-Dialogue “Cooperation for Sustainable Development of the Arctic” (Murmansk).
According to earlier statements, an LNG terminal in Murmansk with annual capacity of 20 million tonnes is to involve two LNG storage tankers.
