ABP thanks everyone who attended the recent public consultations regarding the proposed plans for the Humber International Enterprise Park development.
For many years the land immediately to the east of the Saltend Chemicals site - totalling around 453 acres - has been identified by East Riding of Yorkshire Council for employment development and is included in its statutory development plan.
ABP is proposing to develop the site for a mix of employment uses which potentially could create 7,500 jobs.
ABP showcased these proposed plans to the public with two drop-in sessions at Hedon and Paull and were overwhelmed with feedback which has been taken on board. We have made amendments to the proposals to reflect as many views as possible.
The next drop-in session will showcase the final adapted plans on Thursday, 8th November, 5:30pm – 7:30pm, at Paull Village Hall (HU12 8AW).
The ABP property team look forward to welcoming residents and answering any queries regarding this exciting development that could significantly boost the local area and economy.
