Dmitry Kirillov has been appointed Head of Federal Water Resources Agency. The Decree is signed by Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, says press center of the Agency.
Dmitry Kirillov was born in 1977, has a law degree.
From 1998 used to head a group of lawyers, hold a position of Chief Engineer, Head of Department, Deputy Director of Institute – Head of the Center for Legal Research and Legal Regulation of Forestry Affairs, Rosgiproles.
Between 2004 and 2006 – Deputy Head of Judicial and Structural Support Department, Head of Prospective Development and Judicial Support Department, Federal Agency for Forestry Affairs.
Between 2006-2019 – head of key departments on state regulation of forest and water resources, safety of hydraulic engineering structures and hydrometeorology at the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of the Russian Federation.
