  Bunker prices are slightly down at the port of Saint-Petersburg, Russia (graph)

  

  Slight decrease of oil prices is attributed to expectations of oil production increase in the USA.

  According to IAA PortNews Bunker Prices Review, bunker fuel prices have slightly increased at the port of St. Petersburg:
  
  Average price of IFO-380 HS - $381 pmt. 

  Average price of MGO - $588 pmt.   

  Average price of ULSFO - $560 pmt. 

  IFO-380 HS price is ranging between $360 and $395 pmt.

  Bunker prices at the port of Rotterdam have decreased by $3 on the average.

  The difference between maximum/minimum prices depends on the amount of fuel sold and its availability.
