Gazprom has issued its unaudited consolidated interim condensed financial information prepared in accordance with International Accounting Standard 34 Interim Financial Reporting (IAS 34) for the three months ended March 31, 2019.
According to statement, the company’s profit grew by 44% to RUB 535.90 billion.
Sales (net of excise tax, VAT and customs duties) increased by RUB 153,490 million, or 7%, to RUB 2,291,821 million for the three months ended March 31, 2019 compared to the same period of the prior year.
Gazprom is one of the largest energy companies in the world. Its major business lines are geological exploration, production, transportation, storage, processing and sales of gas, gas condensate and oil, as well as generation and marketing of heat and electric power.
