  Bunker prices are flat at the port of Saint-Petersburg, Russia (graph)

  

  Oil prices are flat but there is a trend towards declining. The markets continue keeping an eye on trade conflict between the USA and China. 

  According to IAA PortNews Bunker Prices Review, bunker fuel prices have slightly increased at the port of St. Petersburg:
  
  Average price of IFO-380 HS - $360 pmt.

  Average price of MGO - $596 pmt.  

  Average price of ULSFO - $540 pmt. 

  IFO-380 HS price is ranging between $355 and $370 pmt.

  Bunker prices at the port of Rotterdam fell by $6 on the average.

  The difference between maximum/minimum prices depends on the amount of fuel sold and its availability.
