  Sergey Larionov elected as General Director of Lena United River Shipping Company

  

  Shareholders of Lena United River Shipping Company (LORP PJSC, Yakutia) elected Sergey Larionov as Director General of LORP. The decision was made at the annual general meeting on 24 June 2019, says the Company.
  
  The shareholders also elected the Company BoD consisting of seven members and a revision commission consisting of five members.

  Besides, distribution of net profit for 2018 of RUB 17,115,000 was approved: RUB 855,750 – allocations to the reserve fund; RUB 8,129,625 – allocations to the production fund; RUB 8,129,625 - allocations to the social development fund.

  A decision was also made not to pay dividends for 2018.
  
  Lena United River Shipping Company PJSC is the only transport company operating in the Arctic area of the republic of Sakha (Yakutia). It transports freight and passengers along inland water ways and the sea routes. The company owns and operates a fleet of more than 350 units, including cargo ships, tugs, passenger and support vessels with the total capacity of 450,000 GT.
