The law on ports will be passed before the end of 2007, Boris Gryzlov, Chairman of State Duma and leader of the party Edinaya Rossiaya told Monday in Saint Petersburg, PortNews IAA reports. According to Gryzlov, the document executed by Edinaya Rossiaya will be introduced into State Duma within 1-1.5 months. “I think, the first reading is to be held in spring,” Gryzlov said.
