During summer navigation season of 2019, Baltic Fuel Company was traditionally bunkering cruise liners calling at the port of Saint-Petersburg. This year, the company provided services to large passenger carriers including Viking Cruises, Norwegian Cruise Line and Carnival Cruise Lines Inc.
The bunkering services were provided by the company’s own fleet at Passenger Port of Saint Petersburg "Marine Façade”, Lieutenant Shmidt, Makarov and Angliyskaya embankments.
In May-October, fuel sales of BFC to passenger ships exceeded 50,000 tonnes (+15%, year-on-year) with heavy fuel oil accounting for the bulk of sales.
