Throughput of port Shanghai (China) in Jan’20 fell by 13.2% to 41.75 million tonnes

In January 2020, port Shanghai (China) handled 41.75 million tonnes of cargo, down 13.2%, year-on-year. According to the port authority, container throughput of the port fell by 4% to 3.6 million TEUs.

In 2018, the port of Shanghai handled 561.29 million tonnes.
