By 2010 it is planned to invest over 14 billion rubles into development of Ust-Luga port, including 5.4 billion rubles in 2007, 6 billion rubles in 2008 and 2.8 billion rubles in 2009. These investments are planned to be spent for integrated reconstruction of Mga - Gatchina - Veimarn line.
