HONG KONG's Orient Overseas Container Line (OOCL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Orient Overseas (International) Ltd, has announced that it is enhancing its Japan service from later this month.
Starting October 18, the upgraded KTX4 will replace the existing SHX service.
The port rotation for the KTX4 will be: Shekou, Hong Kong, Osaka, Kobe, Hiroshima, Hibiki, Pusan, Kaohsiung, and Hong Kong.
A statement from the company said that faster ships will be deployed on the KTX4 service than those currently used on the SHX to offer customers faster transit times between Pusan and Taiwan, South China and Hong Kong, as well as a reliable vessel schedule.
