This order is a natural progression of Väderotank’s strategic investment plans for the chemical tanker market. The company in january purchased the Pulathane (now named Vedrey Hallarna) 1,775 DWT, built in 2005 and recently the Crescent Connemara (now named Vedrey Kattegat) 2,802 DWT, built in 2000.
Väderötank intends to operate the vessels both technically and commercially from within their own organisation.
Yesterday it was also announced that Väderötank has sold their vessels Marisp and Mareld to Broström and Erik Thun.
