    Greenway's legal unit and international law firm set up Hedman Osborne Clarke CJSC

    Closed Joint Stock Company Hedman Osborne Clarke registered in St. Petersburg has been incorporated by Hedman Osborne Clarke (international law firm operating in St. Petersburg from 1992) and Greenway Holding Company (logistics company with its headquarters in St. Petersburg). Hedman Osborne Clarke CJSC is headed by Denis Makarov, former head of Greenway Consult LLC.

     

    New law company has been set up for servicing foreign and Russian customers doing and developing their business in Russia and CIS countries. The lawyers of Hedman Osborne Clarke CJSC intend to give special attention to work with investors in the sphere of construction, transport, high technologies, electronics and food industry as well as to implementation of infrastructure project. These are traditional activities of Hedman Osborne Clarke.

The experience and intellect integrated into one of the world’s oldest law alliances together with the lawyers of Greenway HC and authority of Hedman Osborne Clarke in Europe will enable the Alliance to expand its professional legal services provided in Russia,” Mr. Harry Hedman, principal owner of Hedman Osborne Clarke, comments on the opening of the new company. Mr. Harry Hedman is sure that Russian representation of Hedman Osborne Clarke will in the nearest future contribute maximum into the total volume of the company’s legal services. “Our company has reinforced its position in Russia and next year we intend to open an office in Moscow as well,” Mr.Hedman noted.
