Commercial Seaport of Tuapse OJSC presented a project of vegetable oil transshipment terminal at International Investment Forum ‘Sochi-2007’ held September 20-23, the company’s press center reports according to Yuga.Ru. The project was acknowledged as one of the best investment projects of Krasnodar territory. It arosemuch interest among potential investors. “The terminal’s annual capacity is to make 1.5 million tonnes while the project is to be implemented within 1 year and to cost EUR 14.3 million,” the press center states. The new terminal will make it possible to accept and to discharge oils from the railway tank wagons and sea tankers to land-based tanks with a capacity of 20,000 cubic meters and then to load them to marine or railway transport by technological pipelines.
