A terminal intended for handling and transshipment of potassium fertilizers to be built in Kaliningrad region is become a joint venture of Russia and Byelorussia Union State, RZD-Partner reports. According to Vladimir Nickitin, chairman of the Budget and Financial Committee under Parliamentary Assembly of the Union of Belarus and Russia, the last stage here is to be adoption of a Constitutional Act of the Union. Property agreement is to be preliminary ratified by Russian Parliament. According to BELTA, financing of a corresponding feasibility study is to be included into the Union budget for 2007.
