Loading of Ukrainian refineries down 34.6% in M906
Utilization of crude oil distillation capacity at Ukrainian refineries fell in nine months of 2006 by 1.6% to 34.6%. In January-September 2005 it was 36.2%, Energy Ministry reports according to RBC-Ukraine. Total idle period was 661 days including 273 days of idle time at Khersonpererabotka OJSC, 273 idle days at LUKOIL-Odessa refinery, 78 idle days at Galichina refinery, 24 days at LINOS OJSC and 13 days at Neftekhimik Prikarpatia OJSC. Refining output decreased in January-September 2006 by 23.4% against year-on-year result to 11.162 million tons. Oil supply to refineries fell by 22.6% to 11.172 million tons including decrease of Russian oil supply by 28.7% to 8.443 million tons, while supply of Ukraine oil grew by 4.9% to 2.73 million tons.
