UCL Holding B. V. purchases 50% of Universal Transshipment Complex in Ust-Luga
The Dutch holding company UCL Holding B. V. controlled by the majority shareholder of NLMK Vladimir Lisin closed the deal on the purchase of CNP INVESTMENTS N. V., the owner of a 50% shareholding and investor of the construction of a freight terminal in the Ust-Luga port - 'Universal Transshipment Complex', FIS reports.
The purchase is in line with the strategy of UCL Holding BV to expand its presence in the Russian stevedore market.
