Gazprom Neft and Moscow Oil and Gas Company have settled disagreements concerning Moscow Oil Refinery, the press office of Gazprom's subsidiary reported today according to RBC. To do so, Gazprom and Moscow city's government have signed a memorandum on cooperation, which defines the main principles of the refinery's management. According to the document, Moscow Oil Refinery is to be managed by Gazprom Neft and Moscow and Oil and Gas Company on parity basis. The agreement is expected to expedite the plant's modernization.
Gazprom Neft and Moscow Oil and Gas Company are planning to form a joint venture to manage the refinery, spokeswoman for Gazprom Neft Natalia Vyalkina told RBC today.
