Lines, Ltd. today announced that the company revised the year-end dividend per share for fiscal year 2007 ending March 31, 2008, as follows: The Company regards increasing corporate value with proactive capital investment and returning profits directly to shareholders through dividends as two key management policies. In the foreseeable future, it will maintain a consolidated dividend payout ratio of 20% and pay a dividend tied to business performance.
Considering the performance for the current fiscal year, and in order to respond to the support of its shareholders, the Company decided to increase the year-end dividend by ¥2 from the previous forecast ¥14 per share to ¥16. As a result, the annual dividend including the interim dividend will be ¥30 per share.
