The document, in particular, provides for joint action by LUKOIL and Rosmorport in the development of a feasibility study of development, reconstruction, modernization and operation of transshipment complexes of Russian seaports, as well as other objects of the coastal port infrastructure.
The companies will cooperate and coordinate their actions in the field of port operations, bunkering services and towing, oil spill response. Rosmorport will ensure a priority pilotage services of LUKOIL Group’s vessels at the ports, the document reads.
Also, according to agreements, LUKOIL and Rosmorport will carry out joint construction and operation of specialized vessels that are used to eliminate the effects of emergency incidents during the transportation of hydrocarbons and their products off the sea ports, oil and gas terminals.
