Net loss of Primorsk Steamship Company (PRISCO Corporation) according to Russian Accounting Standards (RAS) for the first half of this year amounted to 47,663,000 rubles against net income of 93,156,000 rubles in 2009, the Company statement said.
Revenues for Jan-Jun, 2010 fell by 12.5% from H1, 2009 to RUB54,670,000 rubles, due to the decline in the company’s volume of operations and services.
Earlier reports said the PRISCO’s freight shipments for the first six months had increased by 16% from the same period in 2009, to 8,744,000 tons, including 5 million tons of Sakhalin oil.
