Nippon Yusen Kaisha issues bonds worth $714m
(NYK) has on Tuesday issued three separate bonds to raise a total of Yen 55bn ($713.7m) through public offering, Seatrade Asia online reports. The three separate bonds issue include an unsecured straight bond of Yen 20bn with a maturity of five years at an interest of 0.475% a year.
A second unsecured straight bond of Yen 25bn yields an annual interest of 1.218% with a maturity of 10 years while a third similar bond of Yen 10bn gives a yearly interest of 2.13% with a maturity of 20 years.
