Global Carriers, Humpuss to incorporate joint venture companies in Indonesia and Malaysia

Malaysia-based Global Carriers announced on Tuesday a tie-up with Indonesian firm Humpuss Intermoda Transportasi to explore business opportunities in marine transportation both in Indonesia and Malaysia, Seatrade Asia online reports.The two companies will incorporate joint venture companies in Indonesia and Malaysia at an appropriate time, a statement from Global Carriers said.
Humpuss Intermoda Transportasi is an international shipping firm covering a wide range of shipping transportation solutions and listed on the Surabaya Stock Exchange.
