Recently appointed St. Petersburg Governor Georgy Poltavchenko has completed forming the city government, the city administration said.
Gov. Poltavchenko appointed Vice-Governors: head of St. Petersburg governor administration Mikhail Oseevsky, Sergei Vyazalov, Lyudmila Kostkina, Sergei Kozyrev, Roman Filimonov, Vasily Kichedzhi, Valery Tikhonov, Yuri Molchanov, Igor Metelsky.
Mikhail Brodsky was tapped as the governor’s representative in the Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg.
On September 16, the following officials were appointed to the government of St. Petersburg: Chairman of the Committee for Economic Development, Industrial Policy and Trade Evgeniy Yelin, Chairman of the Committee for External Relations of St. Petersburg Alexander Prokhorenko , Head of the Frunze District Administration of St. Petersburg Terenty Meshcheryakov.
