    Belkomur design will require RUB 3 billion, regional official says

    The elaboration of Belkomur design may require at least 3 billion rubles, Governor of Perm Region Oleg Chirkunov said Thursday.

    The official, speaking at a discussion with the Deputy Transport Minister Victor Olersky during the 2nd International Forum on the Arctic development, said that the investment justification have been prepared.

    "There are might be different assessment of the sum. If the question is: find the funds for the design, and you’ll get the guarantees that the development strategy of "RZD" (where Belkomur is part from 2015) will be implemented. If we invest money in conjunction with other federal regions, and it won’t be shelved, than we are willing to invest the money," PortNews correspondent quoted Mr. Chikunov as saying.
