Dongfang Shipbuilding rises $2.81m through share placement

London-listed Chinese shipbuilder Dongfang Shipbuilding has raised GBP1.8m ($2.81m) through a share placement.
The shipbuilder placed 4.77m shares with a single investor at a price GBP0.38 per share, a 76% premium over the closing price on 26 September. Dongfang said the proceeds would be used for working capital.
