Three crew members of the Vaygach, a Russian nuclear-powered icebreaker, are reported dead and one injured after three cabins took fire on Wednesday, the local Emergencies Ministry of the Krasnoyarsk Territory said.
The incident occurred in the vicinity of Karaul of Taimyr municipal district. As of now, the fire has been extinguished by firefighters, no radiation leak was reported.
The injured man has been evacuated by to hospital. The fire cause is being investigated.
