A.P. Møller - Maersk announces change of management
Danish shipping and energy conglomerate A.P. Møller - Mærsk A/S today announced its Board of Directors has decided Danish partnership Firmaet A.P. Møller shall step down as registered management on January 1, 2013, Ship & Bunker reports.
The company said that on the same date the current members of the Executive Board, Nils Smedegaard Andersen, Claus V. Hemmingsen, Søren Skou, Trond Westlie, Kim Fejfer and Jakob Thomasen will be registered as Management of A.P. Møller - Mærsk A/S.
Nils S. Andersen is CEO of the A.P. Møller - Maersk Group, and Claus V. Hemmingsen is CEO of Maersk Drilling and has overall responsibility for Maersk FPSOs (floating production storage and offloading), Maersk LNG, Maersk Supply Service, Maersk Tankers, as well as towage, salvage and emergency response firm Svitzer A/S.
Søren Skou is the CEO of the Maersk Liner Business, Jakob Bo Thomasen the CEO of oil and gas company Maersk Olie og Gas A/S, Trond Ødegård Westlie is the CFO of the A.P. Moller - Maersk Group, and Kim Fejfer is CEO of APMM Terminals and has overall responsibility for DAMCO and Maersk Container Industry.
