First 83.730DWT bulker docks at Port Vysotsky

A Panamax size dry bulk cargo carrier with deadweight exceeding 80,000 tons for the first time moored at berth operated by LLC Port Vysotsky, the company’s press service said.

The 83.730DWT M/V GOLDEN SPRING (home port of Panama) has a length of 229 m, breadths - 32 m and loaded draft - 13.9 m.

Stevedores of Port Vysotsky will load onto the ship 76,000 tons of Kuzbass thermal coal (HK "SDS-Coal) to be delivered to the Port of Immingham (UK). Loading of the bulk carrier will be performed in two stages. The first shipment of 59,700 tons will be made at the port’s terminal and the remaining 16,300 tons will be loaded from a shuttle vessel at offshore anchorage, near the island of Hogland.
