MSC to impose SKR on cargo from the U.S.A. to New Zealand

After further review of the labor conditions in New Zealand, Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC) has decided to suspend the application of the charge till September 30, 2012, the company press release said.

In the event of further actions, the New Zealand Strike Surcharge will be implemented  under the same conditions effective October 1, 2012.

The surcharge will be: US$ 110 / 20,' US$ 220 / 40'
