TransContainer mulls floating $157m bond
Russian railway container transportation company TransContainer plans to float exchange-traded bonds worth up to RUB 5bn (approx. USD 157.18m), RBC reports.
TransContainer's board of directors is scheduled to consider on September 19 placing BO-01, BO-03 issues worth 3bn each (approx. USD 94.31m) and BO-02, BO-04 issues worth 5bn each (approx. USD 157.18m), the company said in a statement. One of these issues could be offered depending on the market situation, a spokesperson for the company commented.
Alfa Bank, VTB Capital and Raiffeisenbank are expected to become lead managers of the offering.
