Throughput of Kaliningrad Commercial Seaport fell by 3.31%, year-on-year, to 3.31 mln t, the stevedoring company reports. Transshipment of ferrous metal decreased by 17.5% to 1.07 mln t, oil products – down 1.5 times to 353,200 t, scrap metal – down 9.7% to 154,900 t, coal and coke – down 17.37% to 140,800.
The company’s container throughput increased by 20% to 187,303 TEUs.
Kaliningrad Sea Commercial Port JSC is the largest enterprise of regional port complex. Practically all means of transport and the basic part of the export-import freight traffic passing through the region, close in the port.
