Throughput of Ukraine’s seaports down 0.7% to 154 mln t in 2012

In 2012, throughput of Ukraine’s seaports fell by 0.7%, year-on-year, to 153,967,000 tons, State Statistics Service of Ukraine reports.

Transshipment of export cargo increased by 14.1% to 96,848,000 tons, import – down 15.1% to 16,494,000 tons, transit cargo – down 18.5% to 38,781,000 tons. Throughput of Ukraine’s river ports increased by 1.2% to 6,675,000 tons.
