Icebreakers Captain Bukaev and Captain Chechkin are assisting a mership convoy of 9 vessels going from Astrakhan and Olya ports to the sea in district 140 km of VCSC.
From December 16, 2012, the convoy navigation in the water area of Astrakhan port is carried out with icebreaking assistance according to the order of the port’s Harbor Master.
