RF border crossing on way between Russian ports simplified by bill passed by Duma in 1st reading

The State Duma of the Russian Federation has passed in a first reading the draft bill simplifying the procedure for the crossing of the State Border by vessels engaged in commercial navigation and proceeding from one part of the Russian Federation to its another part across the territory of a foreign state, the materials of the lower house of the Russian parliament read.
