Bedeschi (Italy) to supply equipment for construction of Vanino terminal

Tuva Energy Industrial Corporation (TEPK CJSC) and Italian company Bedeschi have signed a contract on supply of equipment and carrying out of works for the construction of a deepwater marine terminal at port Vanino (Cape Burny, Khabarovsk Territory). According to TEPK statement, the contract price is about RUB 7.2 bln. Bedeschi undertakes to supply equipment and deliver the 15-mln t  turnkey coal complex before the end of 2016.

Bedeschi was established in 1908. The company’s product range includes today the traditional machinery and plants for bricks and tiles manufacturing, a complete line of machines for raw material preparation in the cement industry and a large variety of bulk materials handing equipment for many different fields of application.

The Tuva Energy Industrial Corporation has commenced the construction of marine terminal at port Vanino (Cape Burny, Khabarovsk Territory). The construction of the port is a part of a large-scale infrastructure project being executed by TEPK. The project implies the construction of Elegest-Kyzyl-Kuragino railroad (length - 410 km, track capacity – 15 mln. tonnes of goods per year) as well as development of Elegest coal field (proven reserves of some 1 bln tonnes) in Tyva Republic.
