First vessel to be handled at Karantinny Mole of port Odessa in April-May’14, Ukraine’s Ministry of Infrastructure says

The first vessel will be handled at Karantinny Mole (port Odessa, Ukraine) in April-May 2014, says press center of Ukraine’s Ministry of Infrastructure.

The extension of the container terminal at Karantinny Mole of port Odessa is one of the largest investment projects being executed through private-public partnership in the maritime sector of Ukraine. It total value is about UAH 5 bln. Over a half of investments is made by a German investor having established a company in Ukraine – HPC-Ukraina. The first pile was driven in spring 2010.
