  Rescue tugboat Atlas of the Sakhalin branch has successfully towed the disabled vessel Kurilgeo from Shchukin Bay (Kuril Islands) to port Podyapolsk (Primorsk Territory), says press center of State Marine Rescue Service (Gosmorspassluzhba).
  
  The tugging operation was performed in severe winter conditions. It took 15 days.
  
  The Kurilgeo had to anchor near Urup island on January 24 because of the breakdown of the vessel’s steering system. Rescue tugboat Atlas took her in tow on January 26, but the next day they had to lay anchor near Iturup.
