CMA CGM MEX1 new provisional pattern to improve schedule reliability

In order to deliver its customers the fastest and most reliable transit time from Asia to North Africa, Spain and France, CMA CGM informs its customers of the following changes on its MEX1 service, the company said in its press release.

Effective March 5th, 2014, ETA Qingdao, from the M/V MAERSK ESSEX voyage MEA36W, Nansha call in China and Port Kelang west bound call in Malaysia will be withdrawn from MEX1 service for a 11 weeks provisional period.

Nansha Export cargo will be loaded on MEX3
Feedering from South East Asia POLs to be re-arranged to Tanjung Pelepas for connection on MEX1.
This new MEX1 service pattern will allow CMA CGM to continue offering a premium service to North Africa, Spain and France from the Far East.
