Icebreaking assistance at Big Port St. Petersburg to be over from April 10, 2014

The period of icebreaking assistance of 2013-2014 winter navigation will be over within the water area of Big Port St. Petersburg and its approaches from 00:00 of April 10, 2014 according to the order of port Harbour Master Makhail Kharyuzov.

The document says navigators are recommended to proceed with caution especially at night as there is floating ice in the area.
