According to price report of IAA PortNews, average price for IFO-180 НS at port Vladivostok was $525 per tonne (-$1), MGO price was $784 per tonne (-$2).
Ruble price for heavy fuel oil has fallen considerably because of the decrease of fuel prices at local oil tank farms (within RUB 600).
The port of Singapore also saw a decline of diesel fuel and heavy fuel oil prices (-$12 and -$1 respectively).
