Throughput of port Ventspil (Latvia) hits 9 mln t in QI'14

In January-March 2014, the port of Ventspils (Latvia) handled 9 mln t of cargo, almost the same as in January-March 2013. According to the port authority, in March it handled 2 mln t of cargo.

In 2014 Ventspils Free Port is to invest into infrastructure development EUR 37.2 mln including EUR 15.1 mln allocated by the EU.
