Icebreaking season ends in Magadan seaport and its approaches

During winter navigation 2013-2014 ice escorts to vessels going to Magadan Seaport was provided by the Magadan icebreaker, which was taken on lease by the Magadan Branch. 

According to the press center of FSUE Rosmorport, on 10 May 2014 the icebreaker finished its work, as the period of time charter ended.

The icebreaker had been working in Magadan Seaport for 137 days, and had provided assistance to 126 vessels going to/from Magadan Seaport, which were carrying 360 thousand tons of cargo in total.
